Not surprised there, they've been having trouble with seat vandalism on them for years now.

Saying that it's nothing new, the 2nd to back row of seats on the palatines were so badly vandalised so often they took the whole row out and turned the 3rd row to face backwards.

They did have a clampdown on seat vandalism a while ago where all vandalism was reported as soon as found, reported on daily defect sheet, and reported and inspected on the daily walkaround. If exceptionally bad it didn't leave the yard. I don't work there now so can't comment whether it's still the case, but unfortunately will always be a problem.
