So is using minibuses like that allowed with it being a public service as thought DDA would have to be used or is it just a temporary measure.

I have a website which looks at the bus and coach operators in North East Wales. There are current fleetlists for all operators and most have a full historic fleet list.
Included are current depot fleet lists for Arriva Cymru. There are also a number of ceased opertators with historic fleet lists including the GHA Group

Newly arrived just before Christmas are W817PAE and W823PAE which are Volvo B7TL / Alexander ALX400 - H47/29F and have come from First Citybus [32017/24] - PHOTO - W823PAE -

The Olympians N705/7 TPK are withdrawn and are for sale.

N287CKB left the fleet in July to a dealer for breaking - I suspect Barnsley. In case you are not aware I keep a historical fleet list as well as a current fleet list for most of the operators in N E Wales which has these details.

It was a change to the Monday to Friday timetable. The 08:05 Mold to Flint service has been retimed to 08:20 and now operates direct to Flint as the 28X.
