Nice to see there will be a few here for a few more years yet they’ve given sterling service over the past 15 years

Wouldn’t be surprised if another 2 end up as trainers to replace the Renown’s,more of the older Manchester ordered Eclipses seem to be used as trainers now

Well First should be replacing buses on the services as part of the contract so maybe they are giving it up early.

But it would fit in with the new Yard that GNW has.

The yard GNW are using is very much temporary wouldn’t read too much into that.

What ever Depot has Vantage service they would need power for the buses so it would make sense for it to be a open site.

Hence why they would most probably go for Arriva Bolton and kill 2 birds with one stone.
Don’t forget First originally wanted to move the vantage operation to Rusholme but the union were dead against.

Well they be Stuck if GNW has got it as and runs it out of Queen road.
But they would be best to just get some land next to the busway and fit charging points and only return buses to Queen road for any repairs, maybe even ok for them to base on the M60 park and ride site.
