If you go past Bootle depot after 7pm on a Saturday you can see a lot of new deckers parked up and wedged in in the overspill area in such a way that they can't be used in service until the depot empties on Monday morning. The fact that Sefton council has repeatedly refused Arriva planning permission to extend its footprint on the adjacent waste land makes no sense at all. |
