But surely if birkenhead was going to lease a bus out to a depot that is short then why not send a single decker as st helens no longer operate deckers untill january as i know birkenhead have deckers in reserve but surely they could of made use of the decker themselves if they sent a single deck so unless thees more to it and they have asked for a decker. |
