Woah the roadworks arent mainly Wigan Councils doing The diversion have been ongoing for months due to the Snow(Arrivas refusal to Serve Sandy Lane when Ace still served it)/roadworks on church street and the Substation being built on Moor road Only the recent Traffic light change at The Grapes has been Wigan Council's doing so out of 12 weeks of issues 1 week has been down to Wigan Council..

Ive not insinuated there entirely Arrivas fault but with Better management they could fix it to many new build houses and to many cars on the roads for Arriva not to have Spare buses in Wigan also the fares are so high these days and Stagecoach are reaping the rewards especially on Ormskirk Road Corridor. There also needs for something to be done about Lancashire Council closing so many roads around Tontine as this is also having an Adverse affect on the roads by extra cars diverting via Orrell Presume the 206 route diverts via the 395 next week.
