It was to help winsford out in which it would increase capacity on the routes the mercedes stratas normally operate on , then the mercedes would only be used as strictly spare buses and only to be used on a last resort.
But with a temporary capacity of 7 due to covid they just wouldn't be suitable for any of the routes as the readings on st Helen's routes are already quite busy.
