They're not in limp mode, they just have reduced power due to the emissions lights being on and not being dealt with. You'd know if they were in limp mode as they would literally crawl and wont go over 20mph. As for the emissions lights being on, 90% of the time, alls that needs to be done is the AdBlue injectors to be blasted clean.
