15599 on the 20 too Still no sign of 15597. Chester's 26062 & 47327 are currently at Gillmoss getting work done

14 Scanias expected from South, with the same number of Enviro300s moving out. PVR for 1/2 and 10A is 16 per route - so not likely to be for them. PVR for 82 however is 12.... And let's not forget that GM is widely believed to be due more new Enviro400s this year in addition... |

It is unusual to have Scania-Enviro400s on urban services. Stagecoach usually prioritise pure Enviro400s for urban and Scanias for interurban routes. I wonder where the Enviro300s will go, and whether the MAN-Enviro300s will also depart GM? |

I thought that. The original Scanias for the X2 were replaced last year with new Scania MMCs and, I believe, the 59-plate ones are now on locals in the Preston area. As they are mid-life, perhaps the additional purchase cost and heavier fuel consumption is no longer as important to the accountants. |
