First day St Nicholas High, Hartford (near Greenbank station) returned from the summer break yesterday and Northern put a single 142 on the 15:02 Chester to Manchester, despite knowing putting a 142 on in lieu of a 150 means not everyone can board and telling us the 142s are being phased out. However, they did ensure penalty fare inspectors were on the line. |
