I don’t know if your a driver or not, but the first thing they teach you when learning to drive any vehicle is to know the length and height of your vehicle. Don’t forget we only ever hear about roofs being taken off buses but imagine how many large vehicles approach that bridge and others, look above at the height of the vehicle then at the bridge and turn round and take a different route. It’s common sense. |
