There was a Magic Bus on the X57 earlier-think it might have been 19251 but not sure

RE: Stagecoach Manchester and Wigan
Stagecoach were having problems again yesterday with roadworks on Oxford Road with some services taking an additional 30mins or more to get from Aquatics Centre-Piccadilly inbound and due to this some 42s/142/143s were being diverted via Charles Street (147 route) and Princess Street into Piccadilly.

I was on 14:49 85A from Chorlton (left Chorlton at 14:59) it didnt get to Piccadilly Gardens until 15:50 when according to timetable it was due in at 15:23 infact by the time we got to College of Music the 14:59 had caught us up so there were 2 85As stuck in the same traffic.

I got a 142 from uni at about 4.50 on Tuesday and it took nearly 50 mins from Man Met to Piccadilly, tonight wasn't so bad though.

What was odd today was that several branded buses worked the Stockport shorts, then the Airport bus at Stockport around 15.05 was an unbranded bus, albeit an MMC.

I can see how a bus that has just done an Airport round trip could next do a Stockport short. I am not sure of the exact PVR but maybe it is a little above 12, care having been taken not to brand too many buses.

This may already have been reported here, but I saw TfGM branded Versas switching between routes 312 & 381 at Stockport today.

The 17:34 42 to Stockport 10402 is currently nearly an hour late thanks to Oxford Road congestion, it is really getting ridiculous and out of hand.

It's currently around 45 minutes from Piccadilly to RCNM and about an hour going the other direction alone
