That reminds me, a Pulsar sloped off onto the 10A yesterday. I couldn't ID it though.

Does this mean they still haven't removed the single decker working from the 10? I ask because I hadn't seen a single decker on the route for a while. If it is still happening every day, that is frankly so poor.

I had 2985 home on Friday, I would be more surprised if the one single decker working wasn't still working. I wouldnt say that one single deck working on the route was poor either.

The 10's case for double decks is arguably even stronger than the 10A, partly because it serves Carmel College. There are a lot of very heavily used workings on this route, and since the change to every 15 minutes, a single decker doesn't cut it. You buy 26 double deckers specifically for a route, you use them on that route as far as I'm concerned. If a single decker really does have to go out, and it will on occasions, then using it on the more frequent 10A is a better compromise.

The Single Decker duty on the 10 comes of the 156, I do think its poor tho how they have still not changed that duty after all this time

I think that there would be more to complain about if the single deck board was run by a solo or dart rather than a full size single deck bus. Admittedly this single deck operation is not ideal but it is what it is.
