One board each day requires a decker on 38s due to overcrouding issues.

More unusual was an Enviro400 on 41/2 last night and 18147 on the 1 tonight, seen heading into the tunnel Liverpool bound around1850.

Also 36184 on rails.

36813 has reportedly blown its engine.

Doesnt surprise me the way them things rev at times. Same with the ADL Enviro300s. Holds onto a gear, revs like hell then launches you into the next gear.

Are you sure ?, as service 1, passes under a low bridge (12'3") at Bache Railway Station.

Sure was, deckers do a diversionary route via Upton Lane.

There was last week after 10pm but not currently. Deckers can do the 1 and follow the signposted dcker route to avoid the bridge as R557 ABA mentioned. 18147 was out due to shortage of vehicles meaning that it was the only readily available bus suitable.

21248,21251,36813 off the road, 28539,36185 down for schools only and 28538 hasn't been replaced after its trainer conversion. Rail decker 17494 off the road also hence why 36184 was on rails (wont go on 1s due to its sluggishness) So the above vehicles VOR/not for normal service mean 7 buses unavailable, which is rock ferrys max peak VOR allowance iirc...

Assume 18147 was first in off a school so rather than lose mileage or swap buses over from other routes its the quickest simplest option.
