Arriva North West & Wales DLAs
RE: Arriva North West & Wales "DLAs"
4160 S290 JUA was towed away in the summer from Rhyl, unknown dealer and departed fleet. 4142 S282 JUA is or was still recently reported as in store at Rhyl withdrawn.

4156 was still in service at Winsford a few weeks ago.

Sounds like the DLA's that got used where just to tide Arriva through a transition phase with there double decks as it don't look there is many left in the mainline fleets .

4030 and 4143 were both parked up in the yard at Winsford last week, with fleetnames blacked out, so they too must now be withdrawn.

Thanks for that update Olympian - I'll update the list shortly. I believe that those two DLAs have also been purchased by BrightBus so that will take their total number of DLAs to twenty

The withdrawal of 4030 and 4143 means that my favourite DLA - 4060 - is the last closed top example in the combined Arriva North West and Wales fleet
