Stagecoach MCSL - Chester & Wirral Depots
RE: Stagecoach Chester & Wirral
Now that we have had about 2 weeks since both the X8 was introduced have the loadings started to improve .

One thing I didn't know until I looked at a timetable of the Stagecoach service 6 in Ellesmere Port is that the bus used on the in bound X2 which makes two trips on the service 6 before going back on the X2 to Chester , Stagecoach are inventive to say the least.

Have Stagecoach considered making one of the three an hour 38's during the day a 38A. This service seems to be picking up especially at weekends. I think a link from Saughall Massie to West Kirby, Heswall and Brombrough during the day would be a positive move. Not sure how long this would add to the Journey?

17036 seems to have left Birkenhead for Preston, and had a very smart repaint! http://www.flickr.com/photos/east_lancs/15143982228

These are here for rail replacements which start next Monday. The Olympians and older tridents are here to cover a number of our own tridents which have ventured off to do golf shuttles I believe

I know some of Preston's Enviro400 & Scania/Enviro400 have headed north to Scotland for the Ryder Cup (along with many others from various other Stagecoach subsidiaries, even a few from Devon are making the trip), 17036 is apparently covering for them so possibly coming back to Birkenhead?

twice this afternoon I saw Stagecoach vehicles heading off the M53 At Woodchurch from the Birkenhead direction OOS. Anyone know what that was about?
