Another historic former Ribble route number consigned to the history books - that route has been the 124 for donkey's years.

Are the Stagecoach journeys on 124 now renumbered 2 now, if they are I can see this being interesting at the Chorley end as there is already a Stagecoach 2 in Chorley which runs Chorley-Coppull Circular, having 2 services numbered the same leaving from the same place could be confusing to some people
