Hello, good to be back!

Just to clarify 2606 is the Commander with the front off due to breaking down and having to be towed back to the garage. 2603 is at St. Helens for polish and promote due to a rear end bump at Speke Morrisons involving another vehicle from another operator.
The bonnet lid is off 2603 not 2606.


4157/4158 there fate at Speke is due to end with 2 Bolton B10ble vehicles replacing them. 2733 is already here. One of the 2 DAFs are due to Southport were the other is rumored for disposal.

That's a surprise, the B10 BLE's for Speke, no doubt will catch them on the 81 at some time.

wounder if they will transfere the B10BLE's to Green Lane or southport in exchange for other buses as B10BLE's are non standard for Speke

Doubtful with their being 3 oddball cadets and 2 DLA's. It's not like the drivers have ever not had a Volvo B10BLE before

Exactly. There's Volvos already here so no difference what so ever

On another note the service 500 will see NON bendy buses on from Sunday 21st July for one week due to The closure of Hanover street. (Again)

I read in Buses magazine this month in the Arriva London section of fleetness that Merc Ciatro MA45, BX04 MYM, has transferred to Arriva North West. Has this bus got to Spel depot, undergoing refurb, going to another depot, or not coming at all? Presumable, following the pattern, it will be numbered 6045

As of 21st July - the "bendys" will be off the road for one week

2472 now looking fresh from behind with a rear end repaint. It is worth reporting if not already that DAF Prestige 2476 is now withdrawn

At least 3 deckers on the 81/81a this morning, at least 2 Tridents and a Gemini, this is quite unusual as normally you only got one or none. Must be a few mylleniums either not working or on P&P. Normally covered by Commanders the mylleniums so must be some of them away for P&P.
