The OFT website indicates 11th April as the expected decision date.

The first of the B7TL/Gemini's are due to be collected later this week for the journey north to Fife.

Now these are departing can anyone provide an update on the situation with repaints, disposals and replace vehicles. I know repaints have been going on steadily since the takeover.

Thanks - much appreciated.

One wonders if that's a favourable outcome whether Stagecoach will start to have a look at the routes/timetables anytime soon? Overheard a driver saying that they weren't keen on being part of the QP on the Chester - Liverpool run & he wasn't expecting it to last for much longer?

Oh probably. However, I can't see this particular QPB lasting if acceptance of tickets is to become an issue.

As I have daid before, I think both the Wirral QBP's are a joke are both are unbalanced (Stagecoach have most of the 1/2 and all Evening/Sunday journeys and Arriva have all the Evening journeys on 471/472).

RE: Stagecoach Chester & Wirral
All the Wirral QBPs were drafted in such a way as to try and maximise profitiability for the struggling First depots. I'd imagine this situation is on the verge of changing now that Stagecoach are in.

The OFT should release their decision at some point tomorrow.
