RE: First Manchester
There is one that has paper in it constantly, I think it might be that one. But the brighttec displays are quite rubbish if I'm honest... Oh who am I kidding, they are absolutely appalling. |

RE: First Manchester
If 34097 is on the running board I think it was on then it should have been swapped at the earliest opportunity if it is on the duty I think it was on it starts out on 24s then in the afternoon does a 149 to Oldham and back to Manchester then 18:45 X82 Piccadilly-Milnrow, the problem is that 149 part is tendered from Oldham-Cheetham Hill so requires a low floor bus on it otherwise if the PTE are out checking they were class the journey as not operated and First will be fined for for not having the required vehicle on the route. When one of the drivers I know at Oldham last did this duty (he's normally on 425s) he had one of thse T-KLFs and he got it swapped as from what I'm led to believe the T---KLFs havent got 149 or X82 programmed into their displays |

I think that 31930 is back at Bryn again now too after being on 'loan'to Bolton, I saw it not in service parked up in Bolton with a Bryn driver earlier on at around 15:00, so I'll find out when the 540 comes off the school run at 15 :57! :P |

TIME FOR A RANT FLAMING FIRST BUS AND THE APPAULING 98 BUS SERVICE. Today in Bury on location on the 98 service, at watling street. I waited from 3pm until 4.15pm and no bus. Warm sunshine no where to sit, abysmal and foul are what First Manchester are. When the bus turned up, driver said don't blame me it was the traffic. Not interested in that old chestnut is what I told him, such a prick. I said doesn't explain where the other buses are does it. Fact is when bus drivers are late, find another exscuse other than I was stuck in traffic, they can't use that everytime they are late. Makes me so angry grrrrrrrrrrr rant over :-) lol Just to Add 34291 is a shed, why it was reinstated is beyond me 60262 on 524 sounded like the engine was going to fall on the road Also noticed QS37411 B9 Still on loan at BN doing 37s before |
