The more "vibrant" shopping area, the higher the rent!

Is there another clothes shop in New Ferry - NO!

Back in the day when the Old Swan shop was open it had the highest sales in the company.

Problem with New Ferry do people really stay in that area to do there shopping other grocery shopping and the answer is probably no , there is Matalan in Birkenhead and Bromborough , Primark also in Birkenhead , equally try to sell clothes at that end of the range .
