Have stagecoach taken the tour on or just providing the buses

Do we know how true this is, i saw it on Staffordshire and Merseyside yahoo group

Now they are Stagecoach buses all the Chester, Birkenhead (and wigan)
will be resold for further use (if anyone wants them!), i know the Scania's are on their way within the month, but what about the eclispe,

I've no doubt the '04' & '05' & later registered Scania's & Volvo's have a secure future with Stagecoach......

i suppose its a case of time will tell, i'd rather have the eclispe than the Enviro 300s

Wigan - no vehicles can be sold until the OFT clear the deal.

Chester & Wirral - I imagine nothing will happen until the OFT decide if they're going to have a close look at the situation or not. Stuff going for sale will be the old Scanias and darts (and probably Solos as well). The Sightseeing Olympians will be returned to Ensign/City Sightseeing (not sure who leases them) as/when the Tridents are ready.

I presume that theyll be 6 as before with 3 half toppers and 3 open. Maybe 7 with a standby.
