I saw that as well, but wondered why are they using 150s instead of 319s or 331s - is it possibly something to do with the crossover move at St Helens Cen

Don't they usually try to avoid using 319s and 769s on Sundays anyway?

Looks like the units being used worked the Oxford Road-Lime Street services on the evening of the 24th and remained at Lime Street, presumably to avoid opening the signal boxes on the Allerton route just for an ECS?

I did use a 319 on Easter Sunday 2019. Mind you, this pre-dated 331s so might no longer be needed.

A sign of staff shortages was Thursday 23rd when the 08.00 and 09.00 at Mauldeth Road to Liverpool Lime Street were both cancelled.

First Blackpool-Liverpool and last Liverpool-Blackpool on a Sunday are 319s,everything else on that route on a Sumday should be 331s.

Most routes which have had their peak time extras reinstated are having them removed again next week.
