Permanent. The 2 E400MMCs at Chester do not pay for themselves as they're only allocated as spares. Hence swapping for older Enviro400s that cost less.

10835 is showing that it is at Gillmoss on the tracker though

Well that's right isn't it, the post says both Mmc's have gone to Gillmoss With 10535 gone to Manchester.
