It would be good if further MANViros could be fitted with new Cummins engines. Only 3 have been retrofitted so far (22877-9) which are in use at Carlisle, plus 22599 re-engined about 3 years ago, also at Carlisle. Apparently, it is quite expensive to do this change. About 70 are being done nationally by Stagecoach, including a few at Merseyside.

July edition of Buses magazine notes that 70 MAN/Enviro300 buses have been approved/funded by Stagecoach for fitting with new Euro 6 Cummins engines, 50 so far done.

Yes. Those are the figures nationally. Stagecoach Cumbria & NL had authorisation for only 3 (22877-9) which have all been done. 22599 was done a few years ago and is not part of the current programme.

Not many allocation changes this month:
Open topper 17692 is back on strength at Carlisle.
MAN Enviro 300 22878 is now at Carlisle replacing similar 24120 to reserve. This was down to go to Stagecoach Merseyside? Is it still going?
Mercedes minibus 44007 is also back at Carlisle too, from Kendal.

Can't be long, I believe 11 have been delivered so far and a pic was on FB earlier of 11207 with 100/2X branding.....

11203 has entered service today making it the 7th to enter service, Ones in service so far are:

11202, 11203, 11204, 11206, 11207, 11208 and 11210

11209 is the latest MMC to enter service bringing the total up to 8
