2582 you saw correct as thats here now on the 32.

Not sure but they are welcome to stay as they are better to drive than pulsars.
Maybe getting buses to depots that will release buses for the up coming rail replacements.

Thanks for confirming. Do you know if this is usually allocated a double decker?

Might not be around for long as I did notice a post on the Rainford Facebook page that it has been apparently agreed with Arriva the 38 is going back to half hourly in Jan. Not sure how true this is as the Arriva website suggests that there is just minor timings changes to the 38B from Jan!
