SKM also reporting 10828/9 now allocated to RF. Saw 828 on the 38 on Saturday.

B9TL are replacing the 56 Plates Enviro400 and 197571 has gone to some one eles for open top work

Does anyone know exactly where these are going and if the Euro3 Enviro400s are going where I think they are is it classed as a permanent move?

The 56 plates 400s are in the process of being transferred to Manchester, the 59 plates are remaining in chester,
