The speed/acceleration of the vehicle is totally irrelevant when operators are deciding what type of vehicle to use on a route. USB charging points and WiFi are easy enough to retrofit as well |

This is starting like the X2 with coaches, if it gets popular which it might well do then something else will be used and so on. Think some people in here need to think back to how other routes started. Stagecoach know exactly what they are doing and have a better idea than most of us on here. |

Exactly that as MPTE1955 says - X2 started with old coaches, then onto refurbished but 'not new' deckers and has since had two sets of brand new deckers so you never know! buses7675 http://dartslf.com/ Light up, light up as if you have a choice,

Stagecoach will have researched all the possible outcomes and scenarios before diving in with new routes. I think it will be slow at first but isn't all new routes when starting off from scratch and using veichles which must be already paid for and made for express work makes good buissness sense as it won't be pushed to make mega profits straight away . |
