Indeed, I now learn that these are all heading up the road, for routes R & S in Exeter, with 5 Darts taking their place for route 3 into Plymouth. Although I did stay in Exeter, I am pleased to have had a longer ride on one into Plymouth instead while I could.

Thinks its a booked double decker turn , but not always a Gold decker to accomodate School's on the route .

Stagecoach often allocate a decker not necessary a Gold decker on the 38.

Not really what I would call branding as such just advertising the normal WiFi contactless payments usb charging, It doesn’t mention anything about X8

I have seen a pic taken by a friend showing X8 in the same style as the X2 on 19571, the X8 is a bit further back under the second upper deck window
