You can see the 423 getting cut back to Liscard - Liverpool of an evening , this is where i suspect the majority of the passengers use it.

Indeed, after I posted my reply I spotted subsequent posts pointing to its retention. In 2016 I rode it as a Wirral circular from Birkenhead. In 2017 I rode it from Prenton to Liverpool on a VLW, which I understand is rarely if ever possible anymore.

Service 110 Changes: Route 110: Journeys have been renumbered 410 and no longer operate via Woodside on Sundays Or Evenings.

Service 410 Changes: Evening journeys no longer service Woodside. Some times have changed.

New Route: Seacombe - Woodside Bus Station Or Liverpool.

203 Service Changes: Service replaced with 423 but with a reduced frequency.

403 Service Changes: Service Withdrawn.

413 Service Changes: Service Is Unchanged.

423 Service Changes: Journeys no longer serves the Sandbrook estate

I thought the 418 was going to operate all day & Sundays, that was the idea of withdrawing the 118/119, the new timetable has the 418 running until 6pm daytime only.

I was under the assumption that there was going to be an evening and sunday shortened version of the 118 as a 418 hourly at least.

At this rate no one will want to travel on public transport after 1900 hours or any time on a Sunday

Are the 216 and 217 being withdrawn? because looking at this new 418 timetable the 418 now departs Arrowe Park 2 minutes before the 216 which follows the exact same route as the 418 to Birkenhead.

New Route: Birkenhead Bus Station - Prenton Circular

Route 90 Changes: Route is changed, with service now starting at Birkenhead Bus Station, so no longer serves Woodside. The route is also diverted to serve the Holmlands Estate. Times are changed.
