Depends if the routes they plan to use them on are contracted and have minimum seating requirements. (Unless they do like D&G, who decided all the short Enviro 200s meet the 28 seating requirement, even if they don't have the two tip up seats in the wheelchair area. I feel sorry for any operator who actually budgeted in vehicle modifications to meet the seating requirement when bidding for contracts.)

RE: Warrington's Own Buses
X5 buses were running Warrington-Lymm only this morning due to the flooding caused by the Bridgwater canal collapse. From bus times tracking it looks like they had the usual number of vehicles out and they resumed their return working around 1 hour 50 after terminating the outbound journey short. I suppose in the future with the route being split that wouldn't happen with vehicles coming from depots in different locations.
CAT5s were also only running Warrington-Lymm this morning. They're now running to Altrincham but via the direct route, not via Sale. The 16:03 Warrington to Altrincham is showing as arriving almost 45 minutes ahead of schedule!
