Lets wait and see as it could be said that the remainers holding out so look could have caused the country to go into a downward spiral through there gridlock , that in the end caused a General election which looks like it backfired in spectacular fashion .

Sorry to spread doom and gloom, but there are predictions of a 15% reduction to the economy this Spring due to mainly the suspension of much non-essential industry.

According to reports from Skynews , Debenhams has put its administrators on standby.

This firm has been on ropey ground ever since they rebuffed an offer from Mike Ashley's Sports Direct group.

On saturday there was a 19.7% increase in footfall over the previous week on the high street .

Is this sort of increase sustainable considering the amount of redundancies in the pipeline .

Footfall in the evening rose 26% in central London, 29.4% in regional cities, and 21.9% in historic towns.

A lot of retail jobs that are starting to go are in the middle management part of businesses.

The people on the shop floor will be the ones that end up doing more of what those middle managers used to do , reporting to more senior managers in the business or organisation. The shop floor staff will be required when the business starts to get into some normality , how long that is the million dollar question.
