Would imagine (just guessing) that it'll be little things, e.g.
height and position of grab rails
Size of wheelchair bay and backrest
Possibly the aisle width which may have required some modification to the wheelarch trim.

It should be very minor things as the Capital design remained in production without major modification post-DDA regs. It won't have been much work, and then the vehicles just need presenting for certification.
