2705 is on the second short 10 from Prescot to St. Helens this morning and 2701 is noted Liverpool bound on a 10, passing through Eccleston Park, at 07.40.

I don't know about 'good' old days though.. The BLEs have harder seats and less legroom than a Pulsar and, in most cases, a Pulsar is faster off the mark too. Makes for an interesting change though, certainly.
