Just a point that I'd like to make... Is it really about having new buses in a fleet? Personally, I'd rather sit on a well-kept 10-year-old bus (providing that it's low floor, has comfortable and clean seating and flooring, wheelchair space and good suspension) than a brand-new one as new buses are often of a lower quality than well-kept elderly buses! New buses don't assure quality, but older ones that have been refurbished and had plenty of work completed show that the company cares (slightly!) about the quality of their fleet! Age is just a number, in my opinion.
