Oh well never mind, but thank you for confirming this anyway. This makes it impossible for Stagecoach to renumber the Sunday 42a to 84, even though the service is identical to the Mon-Sat eve service from Reddish to East Didsbury.

That is something I never understood, having the Reddish-Millgate Lane service as the 42A Sunday daytime and 84 Monday-Saturday evenings.
