In fact the 129 is one service i'd withdraw completely, there's only 1 journey each way, every Sunday the route passes my home[my home is halfway down the route], & only ever see buses carrying fresh air, when it passes my home, passengers have alternatives in 423 then changing to 437, when Arriva are not on strike.

I believe the 129 has some sort of clause in place stopping it being withdrawn
