Therefore they chose to believe the boy who cried Wolf Evra and even coached him into what he should say at the hearing. With Terry they are dragging their feet and really don't want to do anything until they have to. In this way the FA are also being racist as they couldnt wait to charge a foreigner (Suarez) but are delaying having to do anything with Terry.
