The aspiration to run a second Middlesbrough-Newcastle service via Stillington seems to have been abandoned, now to run via Sunderland.

Also looks like Northern won't be running the peak time Piccadilly-Huddersfield shuttles anymore.

I note table ED10 in the full document shows all Mid-Cheshire services as Chester to/from Piccadilly (no services starting/terminating at Stockport) as well as showing additional Sunday services but shows them as rights Northern already have, not a request to change. Also Sunday Blackpool-Stoke services are included in the document, again not as a change.

All diesel services in the 'South Manchester' group are also shown as being changed to class 150 timings instead of 142 and 156 timings. I wonder if that will actually change the timetables at all.
