Of course, the date is just an arbitrary figure as I fail to see how identical buses built a day or two apart can automatically have different NoX & PM10 outputs. And *still* no-one has explained why hybrids are no better than pure diesels with identical Euro ratings? Besides, the damage to 12229 looks minimal. As for 19254, there would be no rush to make a decision because the Universities are now winding down for Easter and the exam season and presumably decisions are yet to be made on MagicBus services for next September onwards |
