Then as the local bus is hourly no-one will get a bus home before 09:30. Even if they could they wouldn't be paying so much for fares that a day ticket would be the most cost effective option. How many people in Warrington need to pay over £2.50 each way to get to the doctor's? Surely the ones who travel furthest are most likely to do something else like shopping at the same time. Even someone who is too ill to go shopping afterwards may need to pop in to the pharmacist for a prescription before going home. |
