I Carnt see how anyone travelling to work on a Monday morning on the 203 who happens to end up on the open topper is suddenly going to think ...I'm going to cancel my two weeks in Spain next month and and instead go to the lakes simply because Stagecoach use these brilliant open toppers... lol. As its supposed to have a hours layover/break at Ashton at around midday in between trips, I cant this penalties thing being an issue, although doing this in the school holidays could well be, with passenger 'behaviour'. I would hope a second member is there to monitor the upper deck. |
