Anyone know what the changes to the17/17A will be in Feb. They have only recently changed. Also the 18 route is down to change any ideas why?  Life is for living !

Avon , seem to love changing there commercial routes approx 3 times a year , some seem to be minor tinkerings and some seem to be a more extensive changes. |

I like Avon think then run some good routes. I wonder how tge introduction of Stagecoach will have any impact on them. Avon seem to have done well with old crosville (first)cast off routes. Life is for living !

I think that Avon and Stagecoach will come to some agreement much like they seemed to do with Arriva not to tread on each others toes . It wouldnt surprise me though if Stagecoach reintroduced the 22 from Chester to Meols something First let go. |

That is a point as well, what is this service 25 they are introducing. Going from Chester to West Kirby. The 2002 Bus Blog is about Transport in the North West of England and North Wales however we do venture further afield on some occasions - why not check out our latest content on our Website

The Feb changes I'm told are : Service 17/18 return to being a combined route running clatt - moreton - b'head. Service 22/24 - all journeys run via Parkgate. All buses run via heswall lower village, after 09.30 they run via gayton parkway onto boathouse lane. Service 83 and re introduced 83A running as per the old timetable as a circular. Also worth noting, there's notices I've seen on the buses advising the times on the 183/4 change from jan 21st. Hope this helps |

I wonder why they have gone back to all the old timetables , the Parkgate one is interesting is this the final nail in the coffin of the 272 up until around the same time operted by GHA |
