Is Chester still suffering this constant traffic congestion still , is this causing vehicles that are not rostered to work on some X8 diagrams working on them?

Im forever now getting tweet updates about delayed services in Chester because of said congestion.

Chester is a complete nightmare ATM roads closed, diversions Cheshire west certainly know how to cause disruptions

Did Chester have any Gold Solos out yesterday? As when I was down in the afternoon 51/53 seemed to be the following:

2X Plaxton SLF Darts
2X standard Optare Solo
1X Enviro400 (19022)

2 Gold Solos were actually parked in the depot when I went past on 16:00 2 from Chester

The above sounds about usual for a Saturday on the 51/53 (though it wouldn't be completely usual for a weekday).
If you want a gold Solo, your best bet is the 5 to Huntingdon.
