A further DAF DB250/Alexander ALX400 due for Classic is T319 FGN. More are expected.

Another brand new coach with Tees Valley Coach Travel is Plaxton Elite-boded Volvo B9R YN12 BPY, the first one into fleet livery.

Does the 558 go near the Airshow, and what time does it run from Boldon ASDA?

Yes, the 558 runs to Seaburn Camp and takes around 15 minutes to get there from Boldon Asda.

According to the Nexus website, it departs from 'Boldon Colliery' every hour at 36 mins past each hour from the first bus at 08:36 until the last bus at 18:36.

It departs from Boldon Asda hourly at about --:35 from 08:35 to 18:35.

How long walk is it to the airshow?

For the 558, as most of its route in Seaburn lies in the Airshow site, and as there's no news of it on any diversions as yet, it's called we're unsure what is happening with it. Coming from North Shields, the 9 stops just up from Seaburn Metro and it's about a 5-10 minutes walk from there to the Airshow site.

Well, if it is curtailed at Seaburn Camp (like the E1/E2/E6) during the Airshow, or diverted, it's still only a little way more on foot. Also, it's about 20 minutes from where the 9 stops to the Seafront.

Well, if it is 20 minutes, I will just get the 9 then the 558! Thanks Tony and Tom!

RE: North East Independents
I'm aware Shoreline Suncruisers aren't really a North East Independent and more of a North Yorkshire one but I couldn't find a thread for it and it seems pointless to make a whole new one but anyway. Does anyone have any idea if Shoreline do a day ticket which includes the Filey Flyer 555 and the Seafront Service 109? As I know its £4 return on the 555 and £1.80 on the 109 but wondered if there was a cheaper option. Thanks in advance!
