We have been struggling for buses the past few weeks and maybe 7634 could be due to retire as thats our last marshall.

A bit of both but mainly to not replacing withdrawn buses as i think they have reduced our fleet by about 2 buses which dont sound much but doesnt half put a dent in the shortage.

2800 is on 33's this afternoon. It worked the 1450 ex St Helens towards Sutton Heath (a journey normally run by an SR) which gets me thinking it may have done an all day board.
