What a difference a touch of sun makes to a running day, I found the selection very varied indeed and there had to be something running to suite every taste be it modern or classic. Just one of the stars of the day for me was newly preserved Volvo B10M/Alexander PS R896 XVM which looks resplendent in it's former livery.

Sadly I've not time to upload all my photo's this evening but I have added one of the PS, http://www.flickr.com/photos/thomasharrison/8927468853/

Well done and thanks to all involved. Highlight of the day was 896 run to Gillmoss going right through the depot - managed to get a pic of the line of ex-First stock. Also was impressed with 5309 - what a beast!

Only downside was the last 90 was cancelled which meant I had to detour via City Centre. It appeared to be an error on the running sheet. Luckily only one person affected - so no harm done there then. Also noticed a few journeys didn't attract much use which is a shame.
