RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
There's a hybrid on the 464 today. Does anyone have a list of which buses in the batch have now entered service? |

RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
couple of DLAs on 410s today, noted 4099 on them and one in old livery, presumably 4026. I am no longer active on this forum. |

RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
Thought I was losing my mind the other day when I got 4521 through the Kingsway tunnel to Gorsey Lane. As I got off, I spotted another Hybrid heading back towards the tunnel, but IT TOO was fleeted as 4521! Bizarre! Two buses with the same fleetnumber! Methinks the second one is THE REAL 4521.... 4521 (or is it?).... http://www.flickr.com/photos/28011506@N04/8593227430/ The other 4521.... http://www.flickr.com/photos/28011506@N04/8592155943/ (Photo Credits; Alan Sansbury) |

There are also fewer seats upstairs compared with the DLAs - these hybrids are very low capacity double deckers. I really do not understand why the lower deck capacity is so low. Where the wheelchair bay is, you could easily fit at least two tip-up seats. Also, on the offside, the first two rows of seats are only single seats. Why? On Speke's Geminis, there is only the one single seat. These hybrids can easily fit at least three more seats on the lower deck. |

It seems most of them still havnt been renumbered Also noticed 4513 (disguised as 4512) MX13 AEP has no front volvo badge under the windscreen, and looking back through my pictures of it didnt have one on the first day, and upon closer inspection of the body it hasnt had one thats stolen, it appears they just forgot to put it on! I got a photo of MX13 AEP today displaying 4513. Thanks!

423 looks that it's fully operated by deckers today, always seen the odd decker allocated, but only events like Mathew Street Festival, & or some Holidays like Boxing Day/New Years Day have had full decker allocation on the 423. My Flickr site http://www.flickr.com/photos/31135444@N02/ |
