The longer single deckers can go pretty much anywhere, but apart from school/contract services, best bets are services 16/16A/20/21, sometimes 17s, and the 19 departing Warrington at 10:02 (it runs off a contract service), as well as the 4 departing Warrington at 14:55 (it runs onto a contract service). |

The £2 adult fare cap and £1 fare cap for under-22s is now set to continue until at least the end of 2025: https://www.warrington.gov.uk/news/cheap...warrington |

RE: Warrington's Own Buses
What will happen if the PVR changes at WOB, given they've ordered a certain number of electric vehicles and want to offload all diesels? I think the cutting back of the Warrington to Altrincham service wasn't expected, neither was them talking on a former Arriva Northwich local service. The school and college contracts are also a bit unpredictable. |

RE: Warrington's Own Buses
A bizarre side effect of the Warrington £2 bus cap, is it means £2 single fares on the N4 Northwich to Barnton. That kind of makes sense as it wouldn't make sense for travel on the N4 to cost more than the 9A, when there's overlap between the two routes. However, it means a Northwich single is £2 on a WOB route, but it's £3 on a D&G route. |
