Don't know what was occuring with bendi 12016, very very slow, caught it out of Rochdale on 471s at 5pm ish. Was going that slow that buses 37297 69135/ 69137 over took it. Yes it was rush hour, but the speed was ludicrous, a 1 hour bus trip took nearly 2 hours I wasnt a happy bunnie.

On the upside though, 33755 is now my fave bus ever, and a very well kept bus that goes to Oldham's 40418 on the 455 earlier Lovely ride

RE: First Manchester
I was thinking, the figures say 91 buses into First Manchester 54 of those in total will all end up in Oldham. Leaving a potential 37 Enviro's for Bolton. You cant help but think, that with so much orignally made of these allocations between Oldham and Bolton. It will turn out that Bolton may get 37 new enviro's and is linked with second hand scania's, and old arrows which should have been dropped off a cliff long ago. Whilst Oldham smiles while the top buses roll in, although nothing anyone can say Bolton will come out of this hard done by.

RE: First Manchester
Remember Bolton got what, 11 new B7RLE's not long ago, and also most of their B7RLE's are younger than Oldham's.

Oldham has more core routes than Bolton - 58/59, 81/81A, 83, 180/181/182/184, 409 and potentially 415 and 425. Bolton has 8, 36, 37 and 582 with potentially the 501. We have more routes to feed new stock onto Smile

Thanks,
Liam Moskwin.

had an interesting chat on the 346 last night with the pennine driver( guy who always has the original red jumper mic you know who i mean) he says since ive been away the ten is now to become 18 deckers
these are to displace our arrows,40312,50280 and aload of the r-sba darts
they are keeping the 40324-7 batch and half the darts (the better half i hope) and this. apparently this happened in a meeting the other day with fm bosses
plus approx ten of the 18 will be overground branded for 348/350. and 350 will be decker operated on all journeys even to oldham and at night too
plus when these are all here the half hour break at oldham currently on 350`s will go at the october change as the buses will be more reliable so wont need time to cool down as they often need to take water at ashton or overheat after they come off the oldham run. any queries mic can inbox me

Makes sense to have the only SoloSR here at Bolton transfer to Ashton and we get another Versa.
a lot more standardised and 'neater' now. :-)

not really "neater" as the 49113/4/5/6 were a vehicle requirements for 380/1/6 stockport services now there gonna have 3 versa`s and a solo scruffy i think now
